🛍️ Purchases & Subscriptions

We believe in honoring the flag and protecting your expectations too.
By purchasing any AutoFlag™ product or service, you agree to the following terms.

• 3-Year Limited Warranty: AutoFlag™ devices are built tough like our veterans — and we honor that same spirit with a 3-year warranty you can count on. If there’s ever a defect, we’ll repair or replace it quickly. This doesn’t cover battle damage (misuse, storms, curious squirrels, missiles, or creative modifications), but if your unit ever underperforms under normal use — we’ve got you covered.
• Hardware Returns: 30-day return window. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Subscription Policy: Annual SaaS Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. (We’re still saluting the flag even if you unsubscribe.)
• Installation Services: Once scheduled, installations are non-refundable. Please make sure your flagpole is ready to receive glory.

Let's get real for a second:

AutoFlag™ makes a solar-powered, Wi-Fi-connected flag device with ropes, batteries, metal hardware, and moving parts. That means:

• Ropes can be a tripping or choking hazard. Please install responsibly. Don't let kids or dogs near it while it's in motion.
• Battery-powered = potential heat or fire hazard. Don't leave your device in the sun without the solar panel hooked up properly, and never puncture or disassemble the battery. That's what we call a boom move. 💥
• Electrical components + metal = risk of shock. Do not install during lightning storms, standing in puddles, or while chewing on wires. You laugh, but someone's probably tried it.
• AutoFlag™ is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage caused by improper use, installation, flying monkeys, or acts of God.

By purchasing and/or using AutoFlag™, you agree to waive all liability against AutoFlag™, its team, affiliates, and Visionary (👋 that's Phil).
